Settings

Docu Ninja provides several settings to customise your experience.

Profile settings

Update your personal information:

  1. Go to Account Settings or click your avatar.
  2. Edit your profile:
    • First name and Last name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Avatar — upload a profile picture
  3. Click Save.

Electronic signature and initials

Save your default signature and initials for quick reuse when signing documents:

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. In the Signature section, draw your electronic signature.
  3. In the Initials section, draw your initials.
  4. Click Save.

Your saved signature and initials are automatically suggested when you encounter signature or initials fields in documents.

Company settings

Company-wide settings affect all team members. See Company Setup for details on:

  • Company name and logo
  • Address
  • Default country, timezone, language, and currency

Timezone

Your timezone affects how dates and times are displayed throughout the platform:

  1. Go to Company Settings.
  2. Select your Timezone from the dropdown.
  3. Click Save.

Language

Docu Ninja supports multiple languages. To change the interface language:

  1. Go to Company Settings.
  2. Select your preferred Language.
  3. Click Save.

The interface updates to the selected language immediately.

Currency

Set the default currency for your company:

  1. Go to Company Settings.
  2. Select your Currency.
  3. Click Save.

Notifications

Configure which email notifications you receive:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Notifications.
  2. Toggle notifications on or off for different event types.
  3. Click Save.

Notification preferences are specific to each company if you belong to multiple companies.
