Template Gallery

The template gallery provides a collection of pre-built document designs that you can use as starting points for your blueprints.

Browsing the gallery

1. Navigate to Templates or Gallery.
2. Browse the available designs.
3. Preview a design by clicking on it.

Available designs

Docu Ninja includes several built-in designs:

Each design comes with default signing field positions for common use cases.

Creating a blueprint from a gallery design

1. Find a design you like in the gallery.
2. Click Use This Design (or create from gallery).
3. A new blueprint is created using the selected design.
4. Customise the blueprint as needed — adjust signing fields, add your own content, etc.
5. Save the blueprint.

You can now create documents from this blueprint.

Customising gallery designs

Gallery designs are starting points — you're encouraged to customise them:

• Modify the layout using the template editor.
• Add, move, or remove signing fields.
• Update the content and branding to match your needs.
