Creating Your Account

You can sign up for Docu Ninja using an email address or through a third-party OAuth provider.

Sign up with email​

  1. Navigate to the Docu Ninja signup page.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and choose a password.
  3. Accept the terms of service and click Sign Up.
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to verify your address.
tip

If you don't see the verification email, check your spam folder. You can request a new verification email from the login page.

Sign up with Google​

  1. On the login page, click Sign in with Google.
  2. Select your Google account and grant the requested permissions.
  3. Your Docu Ninja account is created automatically using your Google profile information.

Sign up with Microsoft​

  1. On the login page, click Sign in with Microsoft.
  2. Authenticate with your Microsoft account.
  3. Your Docu Ninja account is created automatically.

After signing up​

Once your account is created, you'll be prompted to set up your company. See Company Setup for the next steps.

Email verification​

Some features require a verified email address. If you signed up with email and haven't verified yet:

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Click Resend Verification Email.
  3. Click the link in the email to complete verification.
